We are looking for a Senior Neuroengineer to help translate our research into applied, high-impact solutions.
The Role:
As a Senior Neuroscientist, you will leverage your deep neuroscience expertise to drive the adoption and expansion of our real-world BCI applications. Your role will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and market opportunities, translating complex scientific concepts into compelling value propositions for diverse clients and partners. You will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, providing technical expertise during sales processes, and shaping our product roadmap based on market feedback and emerging scientific trends.
What You’ll Do:
Provide expert support, including demonstrations, presentations, and responses to customer engagements.
Work with marketing to develop and deliver tailored presentations, case studies, and white papers that effectively communicate the rigor and practical applications of our BCI technologies to potential clients.
Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities and use cases for our BCI technology across various industries.
Conduct in-depth scientific literature reviews and market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, researchers, and potential partners in the BCI and neuroscience fields.
Proactively identify and explore novel applications of BCI technology for everyday tasks, translating scientific potential into viable business opportunities.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, and develop customized BCI solutions that address their requirements.
Collaborate with our R&D team and provide market input to our product roadmap.
Job requirements
Who You Are:
Postgraduate studies (Ph.D. preferred) in Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of BCI research, with a solid understanding of current non-invasive BCI technologies
Experience with EEG analysis software (e.g., EEGLAB, Fieldtrip, MNE Python)
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) is highly desirable
Proven ability to translate complex scientific information into compelling business value propositions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and build strong client relationships
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
