Job description
Zander Labs is a leader in neuroadaptive technology, pioneering innovative solutions to enhance human-computer interaction. We are embarking on the NAFAS project, a landmark 30 million EUR initiative set to revolutionize the field.
We are seeking talented, skilled, and enthusiastic students or individuals at the beginning of their careers who wish to gain experience by working with a company that is a frontrunner in new technologies, including machine learning, AI, BCI, and neuroscience. We offer internship positions lasting at least six months up to one year, during which candidates can work on final projects for their bachelor’s or master’s degrees. These projects may encompass a range of topics, including but not limited to computer science, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, brain-computer interaction, neuro-engineering, bio-medical sciences, and neurosciences.
In addition to working on exciting projects relevant for the current times, candidates will receive guidance from our senior scientists at one of our offices in Berlin or Delft.

Job requirements
We expect the following from prospective candidates:
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work close to full-time, either on-site or in a hybrid setting, focused on the assigned task.
- Fluency in written English and strong communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and acquire new skills, along with a commitment to broadening one's knowledge, are highly valued.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.
- Showcase relevant skills, such as machine learning for data science or familiarity with EEG processing for BCI. Providing grades for relevant subjects or past projects is expected.
