We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to help translate our research into applied, high-impact solutions.

The Role:
As Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll help drive our expansion into new markets by applying Zander Labs’ neuroadaptive technologies to real-world challenges. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends deep technical expertise with business development savvy. You'll identify opportunities, craft solutions, and work directly with clients to turn advanced research into practical, intelligent systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in sectors like healthcare, defense, automotive, and immersive tech (VR/AR)

  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand technical and strategic needs, and map them to our capabilities.

  • Solution Design: Develop tailored proposals, demos, and technical narratives that showcase the value of our platform.

  • Deep Technical Demonstrations: Lead in-depth demos of our neuroadaptive solutions, highlighting their capabilities and adaptability.

  • Prototype Development: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to build tailored technical demonstrators for client use cases.

  • Internal Feedback: Collaborate with our R&D team to provide market insights and help shape product direction.

Job requirements

Who You Are:

  • You hold a degree in Engineering, Neuroscience, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solutions engineering — ideally in neurotech, AI, or another deeptech domain.

  • You can clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You’re curious, proactive, and comfortable working at the edge of what’s possible.

  • You’re fluent in English; German is a plus.
