We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help translate our research into applied, high-impact solutions.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge neuroadaptive technologies and real-world solutions. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen.
What you’ll do:
Drive business development by proactively identifying and exploring novel, high-value applications of BCI technology for everyday tasks, focusing on market potential and commercial viability.
Conduct research and literature reviews to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and work with marketing to develop compelling presentations and demonstrations to communicate value propositions to potential partners and customers.
Engage with clients to understand technical and strategic needs, and map them to our capabilities, then create compelling value propositions.
Develop tailored proposals, demos, and technical narratives that showcase the value of our platform.
Work with marketing to develop presentations to educate potential partners and customers on the benefits of passive BCI technology, fostering strategic alliances, and expanding market reach.
Job requirements
Who You Are:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, or technical sales.
Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Affinity with neuroadaptive or related technologies and their potential applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus
