Job description

Zander Labs is a leader in neuroadaptive technology, pioneering innovative solutions to enhance human-computer interaction. We are embarking on the NAFAS project, a landmark 30 million EUR initiative set to revolutionize the field.

We are seeking talented, skilled, creative, and enthusiastic students that want to work on their final academic project within a company that is a front-runner in new technologies. We have a number of exciting projects to be developed in six months up to one year and be delivered as the final project for their master’s degrees. These projects may encompass a large range of topics, including but not limited to computer science, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, brain-computer interaction. In addition to working on exciting projects relevant for the current times, candidates will receive guidance from our senior scientists.  The work will be carried out at our location in Delft, The Netherlands.


We already have a list of tasks we would like to be carried out, therefore, we will discuss during the interview which task is more appropriate to you based on your interests and skills.

Job requirements

We expect the following from prospective candidates:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work close to full-time, either on-site or in a hybrid setting, focused on the assigned task.
  • Fluency in written English and strong communication skills in English.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and acquire new skills, along with a commitment to broadening one's knowledge, are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Python programming languages.
